We always begin by understanding what is being done well. We help educators label and use strategies more purposefully. We guide educators to collect evidence of student engagement and then after reflecting on what the evidence tell us, we begin to move educators towards the use of the research-based strategies embodied by the T.R.U.S.T. model.
